Custom Web Design Fees & Costs There is a reason web design is a profession, and it's not just the technical aspects that have to be learned—designing a page that is attractive, clean, and coherent—“professional-looking” is something that has to be learned or is a talent. The fees you pay are not just for our time, but also for our creativity, our style, our attention to detail, our diligence and timeliness, etc. You can email or call us to discuss your project and we will give you a very close estimate of the costs you can anticipate. Our rates are extremely reasonable in the custom web design market for the quality of work we provide. We try to make it easier on your business marketing budget and still maintain our own business!  Custom Web Design Fees 
$800 for the first 3 pages. ($150 each for subsequent pages)
Any additional charges that may apply based on content & features,
will be discussed in advance, so there are no surprise fees!

Regular pricing: Most basic one-page websites start at just $400 for all of the set-up and optimization procedures plus the custom design. At least 50% as down-payment is required to begin a project (if the project is $400 or less, full payment may be required in advance). If it's better for your current budget constraints to start with a smaller website then in later months add onto it, that's works perfectly fine. If you would like online forms or other such applications, those functions will require the services of our programmer. We have two excellent, reasonably priced programmers and we can discuss forms that best fit your needs. Our form programmers cost extra and these will be billed separately, so those charges are not included in our basic design fees. Search engine optimization and submission to the search engines using webmaster software is included in your fees. Your outside costs (other than design fees), will be the domain name registration fees (which can vary, but no more than $45 a year); a hosting fee ($12.95 - $24.95 a month) paid to outside sources of your choice. We can make recommendations if you need guidance there but we don't offer hosting or resell hosting accounts. All of our interactions can be accomplished via email and there is no need for time-consuming visits to our office or time spent on the phone, but if you are local, we are perfectly willing to come to your place of business to discuss the project. As soon as you provide us with the documents, photographs, or any other text content you wish to include in the website design, we can get started. Once the project is completely paid for it belongs to you entirely. We reserve no ownership rights to your custom web design. When we've started creating your website project we will upload it to a private preview website daily so you will be able to view the progress and give us valuable feedback. In the future, you may want to make changes and upgrades to your website, we will be around to help you. Website update maintenance plans are also available. Updates are done quickly, and billed at $65 per hour in 15 minute increments. If you need us to redesign a page because you've made changes in your business plans, the fee is $75 per hour.
